This Committee shall be chaired by the Majority Floor Leader of the Board and shall take charge of all matters relating to the order and decorum of the Board as outlined in these Rules. The Minority Floor Leader shall be a member of this Committee.

POLICE, PUBLIC ORDER & SAFETY

Description	All matters relating to the Philippine National Police (PNP), the Civilian Volunteer Organizations (CVOs) and other anti-crime bodies, security and peace and order, its maintenance; all traffic regulations; city jail, city fire department; all in keeping with the peace and order campaign of the city. The Chairman of this committee shall be the representative of the Sanggunian to the People's Law Enforcement Board (PLEB).
